I began my career as a graphic designer, a foundation that fueled my journey into becoming an independent artist. Today, I serve in a high-impact strategic role in corporate procurement, where I lead initiatives in client relationship management, sourcing, marketing, and technology solutions to drive business efficiency and accelerate innovation
My career experience has provided me with an opportunity to connect with a diverse group of people with different backgrounds, personal experiences and outlook on life.
I have always enjoyed working with people and have a genuine interest in what makes us tick. My interest in coaching and positive psychology initially came from the enjoyment of working on developing myself, both in terms of my mindset and physical health.

I like to keep learning to develop and maintain a healthy mindset, increase my energy, create healthy habits, find motivation to act, recognise and get rid of limiting beliefs.
As I was coaching and working on myself, my interest in learning more about coaching psychology grew. I started the process of becoming certified in this area through completion of relevant qualifications.
The motivating factor was realising I have a strong desire to help others achieve their goals and that I possess essential abilities that empower others to help themselves, including my capacity for empathy, my natural gift for active listening, and my ability to see people's true intentions behind their words.

My training was with Inspire 360, the largest and longest-established coach training body in the country. Their programme is considered the most rigorous and accredited available for professional coaching development and is delivered by expert coaches and mentors.
As a corporate and life coach, I provide my expertise to help people overcome challenges around performance, career aspirations and changes in their career direction.
During my journey to becoming a coach, I began volunteering with the Samaritans, driven by a desire to further develop my communication skills and use my empathy to support others. Over the course of five years, this experience deepened my understanding of people in distress and the importance of being fully present and non-judgmental. I have since continued this work as a Childline Counsellor, supporting young people through difficult and often emotionally complex situations.
Knowing that I can offer a sympathetic ear and at times a steady, grounding voice during someone’s time of need gives me great personal satisfaction. Understanding what motivates people and how to support them through challenging periods is central to both my coaching practice and my volunteer work.
