- Getting from where you are to where you want to be.
- It involves believing the voice inside that tells you that you are capable of so much more.
- Coaching involves taking action.
I will help you identify the changes you want to make, and then I will work with you to set empowering, forward-looking goals that you can achieve by breaking them down into smaller, more manageable steps. Coaching helps you move from where you are to where you want to be by holding you accountable and giving you the tools to do so.
I use my 5-stage model as shown below, as a structure to your journey from where you are now to where you want to be.
Many people who are frustrated, perplexed, dissatisfied, bored, or unsure of what to do are drawn to coaching. It is ironic that these very things will keep you from actually making the decision to do it! If you want to move forward and are sick of being stuck, coaching is for you.

I am aware that investing in yourself through coaching requires a financial investment, time, energy, and commitment. Does it seem worthwhile? This will be worth far more than what I charge you if you are prepared to leave where you are and let me help you create a life in which you feel fully alive and more like you.
We can all find ways to justify spending money on things outside of ourselves to feel better, whether it be on pricey vacations, shopping extravaganzas, our cars, the newest technology, luxurious meals, a few too many glasses of wine, etc. All of these represent an effort to make us feel better about ourselves and our lives. Although these things have positive effects, the duration of those effects really varies!
I can see why people are reluctant to make personal investments. Firstly, it takes courage to acknowledge that you have had enough of the way things are, much less say aloud that you want your life to change in some way.
Secondly, it might seem self-centred. Who am I to spend this money on learning about myself when I have so many other expenses? Who am I to spend time and effort trying to figure out who I am and what I want out of life? Who are you not to, I ask?
Long-term investment in coaching is recommended. There usually is not a quick fix or overnight transformation, like having a personal trainer for your mind. You will experience a change in behaviour and thought patterns, and you will feel (and be) better... for a lot longer than a holiday makes you feel. Is it financially feasible for things to continue as they are?
